- Overview: Part I will introduce attendees to energy psychology basics, including “energy testing” (a way to bypass the brain and communicate directly with a client’s energy system) and a series of corrective “energy fitness” exercises that clients can do on their own to counter-balance common difficulties and build self esteem. Part I course is intended to be an introduction and underpinning for the
follow-up, two-day Part II workshop on Thought Field and Energy Psychology to be held Spring 2011. - Location: TBD
